How do I join Club Dendy?

You can join Club Dendy online or at any Dendy Cinema. To participate in the Club Dendy program customers must have a valid email address.

How do I renew my Club Dendy membership?

You can renew your membership online by signing into your Club Dendy account or at any Dendy Cinema. Members must renew before the expiry date to access the discounted price and $1 ticket incentive. To enable auto-renewal, you will need to add a valid credit card to your account and select the auto-renew button. Rest assured this is totally secure, as your credit card details are not visible by anyone in our system.

How do I get my Club Dendy membership card?

If you join Club Dendy at the cinema, you will be issued a card on the spot. If you join Club Dendy online, please request a card at the cinema on your next visit.

I joined Club Dendy online, can I buy tickets online immediately?

Yes. To book online, you must first signed into your Club Dendy account.

Why can't I see the member pricing when trying to book tickets online?

You must fist sign in to your Club Dendy account then you will be able to view and purchase tickets at the Club Dendy member prices. If you are already on the ticketing page, click the sign in button provided at the top of the page.

I've lost my member card. What do I do now?

Replacement card can be issued at the cinema box office.

How do I change my email, address or password details?

You can update your details online by signing into your Club Dendy account. Please note that if it's your first time signing in you will need to first create a password, so please have your membership details handy.

How do I earn and redeem points?

For a Club Dendy member to be eligible to earn and redeem points, you must be signed into your Club Dendy account online or provide your Club Dendy card at the box office at the time of purchase.

Club Dendy members will earn points on one paid member ticket per session. The number of points earned depends on your status level - Silver, Gold, Platinum. Points will automatically be loaded onto your Club Dendy account, and you will be able to see them when you are signed into your account online.

Once you have earned a sufficient amount of points, you may redeem them towards a $1 Standard Ticket and/or a $1 Premium, Lounge, or Outdoor Ticket on eligible sessions. Points cannot be used on 3D sessions, special events, Dendy Arts and preview screenings.

10 points = $1 Standard Ticket
20 points = $1 Dendy Lounge, Premium Lounge or Outdoor Ticket

Do Club Dendy points expire?

Points are valid for 12 months before they expire. Please ensure you redeem any points you may have before they expire. The expiry date of points cannot be extended.

How do I sign in if I purchased my membership at the box office?

If it is your first time signing in via our website you will need to first create a password. You can do this by registering your account as an ‘Existing Customer’, entering your email address, and following the prompts to create your password.

Member discount and benefits can only be redeemed upon presentation of your membership card at the box office or by logging in to your Club Dendy account online. Member benefits only apply to member tickets.
Members may bring 1 guest to the same film session at the applicable member discount for their category. Guests are required to provide a valid concession card to receive Senior / Student member discounts.
