An annual event, this year held over four days from Thursday, November 27th to Sunday, November 30th, 2025, BIFF is proud to be Queensland's largest celebration of film culture, presenting an innovative, immersive, high-energy programme of Australian and international cinema. This year's festival will showcase over 60 films—including 2 international premieres, 30 Australian premieres, and 25 Queensland premieres—with filmmaker Q&As at select screenings. Let BIFF take you on a journey through the hearts and minds of the world's best filmmakers.
